Children Under the Age of 16

The App is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on the App or through any of its features, register on the App, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the App, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our App, including information:

By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information"); That is about you but individually does not identify you; and About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our the App, and usage details.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of our App, or transmitted to other users of the App or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the App and third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

When you download, access, and use the App, it may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, actions, and patterns, including:

Usage Details. Details of your access to and use of the App, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.
Device Information. Information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number.
Stored Information and Files. The App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.

We do not collect or use permit third parties to collect or use personal information about your online activities over time and across sites or apps when you visit the App or share that information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information not identifying any individual, without restriction to the extent permitted by law.

The information we collect automatically may be statistical data and may include personal information or we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve the App and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize the App according to your individual interests.
Recognize you when you return to the App.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our App.

Pages of the App and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related App statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain App content and verifying system and server integrity).

We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or you provide to us.

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the App are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, application providers, your mobile device manufacturer, and your mobile service provider. Company processes data submitted by customers, directly or automatically, for the purpose of providing Company’s services to them through the App. To fulfill this purpose, Company may access the data to provide those services, to correct and address technical or service problems, to follow instructions of the Company customer who submitted the data, to implement Company’s software and hardware solutions or in response to contractual requirements.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

To present the App and its contents to you.
To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us or to fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information.
To provide you with support and to respond to your inquiries, including to investigate and address your concerns and monitor and improve our responses.
To create, maintain, customize, and secure your account with us.
To provide, support, personalize, and develop the App and our products, and services.
To process your requests, purchases, transactions, and payments and prevent transactional fraud.
To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the App, products and services, databases and other technology assets, and business.
For testing, research, analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve the App and our products and services.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our App and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

We do not collect location information.

We may also use your information to contact you about our own and third parties' goods and services that may be of interest to you. Protected classification characteristics under applicable law.

Internet or other similar network activity.

Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

Tracking Technologies. You can choose whether or not to allow the App to collect information through other tracking technologies by [OPT-OUT METHOD]. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data (the order form or registration form). You can also always opt-out by logging into the App and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile, checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email with your request to staydirty@cdsuthun.com.

Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data (the order form or registration form). You can also always opt-out by logging into the App and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile, checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email with your request to staydirty@cdsuthun.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.

Targeted Advertising by the Company. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers' target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by [OPT-OUT METHOD]. You can also always adjust your user advertising preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email or text message stating your request to staydirty@cdsuthun.com.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Residents of certain states, such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, may have additional personal information rights and choices, which may include a requirement that you opt in to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at staydirty@cdsuthun.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the App, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other App users. Proper access and use of information provided on the App, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.

Residents of certain states, such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, may have additional personal information rights and choices. Please see Your State Privacy Rights for more information.

Your State Privacy Rights

Consumer privacy laws of various states may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) may permit users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Nevada provides its residents with a limited rights to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out rights may submit a request to staydirty@cdsuthun.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the App.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account or through a notice in the App. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting the App and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
